For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on makeup products once they have been opened, used, or tested.
Please make sure you are satisfied with your product selection before opening or using the item. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
